What is the Service Excellence Network?

The Service Excellence Network brings together those interested in collaborating to identify and share best practices to improve the performance of service and knowledge-work organisations.

What is a SIG?

A special interest group (SIG) is a community within the network, with a shared interest in advancing a specific area of knowledge, learning or technology. SIG members cooperate to design or advance solutions on a specific area of members interest. They meet, communicate, and organise mutually beneficial member events.

How can I become a SEN Member?

Please contact Elizabeth (ehegarty@expertivity.com) to express your interest in joining the Service Excellence Network. Alternatively you can use the "Contact Us" button in the menu bar to fill in the contact form. A member of the network will reply to you as soon as possible.

How can I set up my member profile?
You can set up your profile by clicking on the 'Member Profiles' tab in the menu bar and including your email address and password. You will then be brought to the Welcome screen. Here you should see an 'edit' button on the right-hand side of your screen, click on this and upload your profile information.
What's the difference between the Service Excellence Network (SEN) and the Irish Centre for Business Excellence (ICBE)?

The Service Excellence Network has been set up in conjunction with the Irish Centre for Business Excellence,  whose remit is broader,  to deliver a specific focus and support to the services and knowledge-work sector. The two organisations will work closely together to improve organisational performance. Both organisations aim to help our members access solutions to organisational challenges and to improve capability and achieve sustained business success.

How can I contact a council member?

Please visit the "Council" tab in the menu bar. You will find all the council member's LinkedIn profiles here. Alternatively, all the council member's contact information can be found on their individual profiles. You need to have set up your own profile first to be able to access this information.

I am interested in hosting a webinar for the network and / or writing a blog to be published on the site. How can I do so?

Great! We love to see people getting involved. Please contact Elizabeth (ehegarty@expertivity.com) and she will arrange it with you.
